In full expansion, MTM strengthens its Product team and recruits a full-time product owner. You will have a central role for the ongoing activity of MTM. In collaboration with our current Product Owner / Manager, and CTO, you will participate in the permanent improvement of existing functionalities and will contribute to the creation of new ones. Bug tracking, and feature development tracking with developers is your day-to-day activity. Interact with the business side, business requirements, mind-maps, google sheets. Requires previous experience as a Product Owner / Manager.

Profile required

• Fluency in English is mandatory: reading, writing and speaking. French is a plus.

• Thoroughness, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and rank.

• Organisational skills, curiosity, ability to question and learn from failures.

• Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously, self-driven, and self-motivated

• Mastery of project management systems such as

  • Atlassian Jira / Trello

  • Linear.app

• Knowledge of web app testing platforms such as:

  • Testim.io or Selenium

  • Tools such as Jmeter

• Flawless use of Google Workspace / Google Drive / Slack

The mission:

Work within a young and international team led by the founder and CEO, Elie Ohayon :

• Organise, support and follow the relationship with the developers for version releases, feature implementation, feature correction.

• Maintain the quality of the product and the design of new features.

• Monitoring the proper functioning of the product

• Create user stories on Atlassian Jira and prioritise them based on the product roadmap.

• Create draw.io, Google Sheets, and any other useful tool to document features.

• Check and validate the developments: bug fixes, improvements & new features

• Regular follow up on Jira tickets.

• Manage the Atlassian Jira backlog with developers:

  • writing tickets, amending, adding comments, assigning, reopening, re-assigning, resolving, closing.

• Test web platforms manually and via end-2-end automated testing software such as testim.io
