The role sits in the Royal Canin Digital Factory. The B2B Delivery Lead will work in close cooperation other Delivery Factory Lead to achieve Business ambition and built a strong and scalable ecosystem and will closely collaborate with:

• Product Owner Factory

• Deployment Factory

• Design Factory

• Architecture team (RC and Mars EA)

• Royal Canin Governance team

• Business owner

• Other Delivery Lead

• Quality & Security Factory Lead

What are we looking for ?

• 5 to 10 years' experience in Development a digital environment

• Management of complex technical projects on an international level & in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Ability to  work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging delivery objectives

• Lead of technical teams with external and internal actors

• Fast Learner, Influencing and negotiations skills

• Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities ?

The B2B Delivery Lead of the Delivery Factory will have the following responsibilities:

1- Management:

• Manage partners in charge of developing and testing ecosystem supporting B2B strategy

• Source and manage technical resources to develop our digital services and reach our sprint commitment

• Manage budget covering all development and testing activities in his scope

2- Architecture:

• Built and select in cooperation with the Lead Digital Architecture team and Mars Global services and Mars Pet Care the right technical platforms and architecture

• Implement the right Digital Architecture and solutions

3- Delivery:

• Ensure the best standard of development are applied: quality, refactoring, documentation

• Challenges PO and technical team to accelerate development focusing on MVP approach and by maximizing reuse of component

• Ensure that agility is used properly and effectively in sprints organization

• Participate to scaling agility to organization level to manage ecosystem improvement project

• Liaise with our partners to synchronize development activities (Okta, Mulesoft…)

4- Support and Deployment:

• Work in collaboration with deployment and support team to ensure deployment and maintainability of the solution

• Monitor the ecosystem to detect proactively all bugs and issues to reduce SLA

• Ensure disaster recovery plan is up to date and all technical components are compliant in regards of RTO and RPO defined for his perimeter
