Location: Aimargues (30min from Montpellier)

The UX/UI Design Lead will be in charge of all global digital asset UX and UI Designs addressing directly our end-users (pet parents, pet professionals).

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C/D2C/Conversion User Experience Design or User Interface Design with experience as a Lead

• Solid expertise in Product Design, Agile and digital environment

• Lead UX/UI teams with external partners

• Agile Methodology friendly (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a talent for crafting compelling communications in simple, everyday language to deliver memorable stories

• Management of complex projects on an international level , problem-solver

• Ability to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging design objectives

What would be your key responsibilities?

Design Delivery excellence

• Ensure the perfect pet parents and B2B partners digital experience in Royal Canin ecosystem by creating the “From MVP to target vision” journey

• Ensure the best UX/UI standards are applied and make it evolve: user journeys, wireframes, UI designs, interactive designs, design specifications, tagging plan, contribution to scoping document, etc.

• Organize continuous users feedbacks actions in collaboration with User Research team and and implement UX/UI recommendations into Design sprints to ensure continuous improvements

• Be the advocate of data & user-centricity, and acculturate the organization (Business owners, Product owners, Managers, Global Leadership team, etc.) through communication channels: newsletter, sharing sessions, projects Agile ceremonies

Partners coordination

• Manage partners in charge of user experience and user interface design supporting our Pet professionals recommendation model to empower pet parents to be the best Pet Health Guardians

• Source and manage design resources to design our digital products and reach our development sprint commitment, according to budget and business requirements

• Manage budget covering all design activities in the scope

• Monitor the Design team’s activities and efficiency through the KPIs and tools in place

Design foundations & communication

• Implement and continuously source the the Design tools and solutions to ensure the best design delivery quality and velocity

• Build, maintain, and make evolve the Royal Canin design system B2B and D2C library to ensure delivery excellency, in line with the Brand guidelines.
