What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner/ Program Manager in a complex and global environment

  • Experience working on Digital Service, Digital app. and/or e-Commerce projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience in People Management, preferably managing a team of Product Owners

  • Experience in Agile Project Management at scale

  • Management of complex technical projects on an international level

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business, product owners, delivery, design and deploy teams to define the program objectives, scope, and roadmap. Own the Program Roadmap, communicate changes to business and stakeholders, ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals and assist in breaking down the program backlog into manageable pieces helping Product Owners decide how to split the tasks between teams. 

  • Together with Senior Scrum Master, act as a liaison between the Program and various stakeholders, including other Program managers, business and senior leadership. Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations by providing timely updates on the progress of initiatives and addressing any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders. 

  • Together with Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Masters, establish and maintain governance processes to ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies. Oversee program budgeting, monitor financials, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Together with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coach, facilitate collaboration and communication among multiple teams inside the Program and with other Programs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle and take necessary actions to address them. 

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum or Kandan), and practices. Work with Agile coach and Scrum Masters in providing guidance in agile ceremonies and in helping teams continuously improve their processes.

  • Manage a team of Product Owners, ensure the recruitment of the right people with the appropriate skills, engage all the team around their products, participate to their development, map the talents and guide them to their best next move.
