As a Product Design lead, you will: 

• Conduct user-research, from exploratory to tactical, to inform design decisions. You’ll be able to involve external partners if the need arises. 

• Share learnings through inspiring storytelling to drive teams and key stakeholders toward action.

• Facilitate ideation through workshops or any other activities to move from insights to solutions with Product and Tech teams. 

• Iterate using rapid prototyping techniques, such as sketching or low-fidelity wireframes, to quickly make concepts tangible. 

• Design flows and interactions that are intuitively simple and elevate the quality of your overall design. You think about interfaces not as static pixels but as dynamic experiences. 

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explain the design rationale and gather feedbacks to iterate. 

• Assess your designs with representative users to learn, iterate and improve those. 

• Define the metrics to track to understand how people use our digital products and find ways to make them even better. 

• Create and maintain design systems, design principles, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across services. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to continuously improve the design team’s capabilities. 

• Guide and mentor a team of product designers, supporting them to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions. This job opening is not yet a management role but as the team is growing, the possibility exists.

You’ll stand out if: 

• You have a strong education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or any related field. 

• You have strong experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and strategic thinking. You master your design process and know how to get from A to B within different contexts. 

• You are proficient with design tools such as Figma and FigJam as these are our main tools on a day to day (of course if you master Sketch or Miro, that won’t be a deal breaker :p, just know that our tool stack is mostly Figma). 

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations in English (we work with people from all over the world) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• You have previous experiences in a leadership or mentoring role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 

• You know how to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, running multiple projects simultaneously. 

• You have worked in an agile environment and are comfortable with working closely with cross-functional teams.
