Apprenticeship – Master Design Coordinator 2024

As Master Design Coordinator you will:

Artworks project management for the LRP and/or VICHY brands.

- Creation and development of artworks in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure range consistency

- Point of contact for the various project stakeholders (Product Managers, Operations and Industrial Development teams, Communications Agencies, in-house graphic designers, R&I and ECS, etc.)

- Drafting of artworks briefs and development follow-up with internal stakeholders 

- Collection of essential project elements (SD, final marketing texts, LDI, codes (EAN, PF, AC, country), QR code, etc.) from various internal players

- Rigorous monitoring of artworks development retroplanning and alerting role in case of drift.

- Follow-up of claims validation with Valo ECS departments 

- Follow-up of translation validations with countries and Product Managers

- Participation in the packaging definition file with Industrial Development

- Rigorous proofreading of artworks for final validation for production

- preparing a bachelor/BAC+3 in marketing, project management or equivalent. 

- Organized, versatile and rigorous, you have solid project management skills.

- Committed, autonomous and proactive, you know how to manage priorities in a fast-changing environment

- You have an aesthetic sense, and a particular affinity for the product and its environment (decor, claims, etc.). 

- Excellent command of Pack Office and IT tools 

- English - level B (daily exchanges with international teams)
