As a Center of Excellence (CoE) expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with top technology partners such as Google, Microsoft, and Databricks. You will also lead innovative projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Google PaLM and Azure OpenAI, and define and build the GenAI reference architecture and project lifecycle. Additionally, you will build and share common and standard processes, frameworks, templates, libraries, and best practices with your peers across different regions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to lead or participate in building communities with your peers in zones/divisions.
In terms of use case expertise, you will participate in architecture design and validation sessions for various use cases and provide support to zones/divisions during critical project phases such as project setup, CI/CD, run, and monitoring. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive innovation across the organization.

Be the subject matter expert for the group
Manage the relationship with Google, Microsoft and Databricks
Technology watch & POC implementation
Lead innovative topics based on Google PaLM and Azure OpenAI and Databricks for OpenSource LLM
Define and build the GenAI reference architecture and project lifecycle
Build and share common and standard processes, framework, templates, libraries and best practices
Lead or participate in building communities with your peers in zones/divisions
Use case expertise (40%)
Participate into architecture design/validation sessions for the use cases
Assist zones/divisions during project key phases (project setup / cicd / run and monitoring)

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
Proven experience in the industrialization of GenAI projects.
Strong understanding of computer science.
Familiarity with LLM models and associated techniques, as well as the tools and frameworks used to implement them (LangChain, Vector store, RLHF, …).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and pilots to explain.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new things and stay on top of the GenAi trends.
Strong humility and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
