Our primary challenges revolve around financial analysis, ROI assessment, and strategic financial planning. We focus on optimising financial controlling processes and procedures within Global Beauty Tech, one of the fastest-growing sectors. Our goal is to implement a value-creation evaluation logic for every project, whether it’s a business platform or a technological platform, focusing on ROI (Return on Investment). We are a diverse team of six Financial Controllers, each dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting, perform monthly closures, and maintain robust internal controls and procedures. This role demands a strong understanding of both financial management and business partnering in a value-creation strategy.

Missions of the job

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Management of the data tech budget and trends to support our strategy and maximise value creation.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, variance analysis. Collaborate with performance officers to monitor and enhance performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency within the team and support the Finance Beauty Tech team in transforming the function.
  • Compliance and Financial Policies: Ensure internal control, guarantee the integrity of financial data, minimise risks, and adhere to group procedures
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, data tech teams, data business teams, and zones to provide financial guidance and support and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.


The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of financial acumen (a first substantial experience in a comparable role following graduation), analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Essential skills and experience include:
  • Financial Expertise: Proven experience in financial controlling, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Analytical & Data Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
