Join our Europe Zone Data Analytics Team, established in 2023 as part of L’Oréal’s Data & Analytics transformation initiative. Our mission is to ensure that data analytics initiatives across Europe generate the highest return on investment.

We achieve this by partnering with various Europe Zone Business Functions (e.g., Commerce, Supply Chain, Digital & Marketing), Divisions (Luxe, Consumer Products, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Products), and local Hubs/Markets to select identify and deliver the most profitable data use cases.

Our responsibilities encompass overseeing a diverse portfolio of data analytics projects, streamlining our data analytics processes, and working closely with the IT Data Factory to make it happen.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!

As the Data Analytics PMO Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Data Analytics Europe, Heads of Business Functions and Divisions at the Europe Zone level, and Heads of Data & Analytics in European Hubs/Markets, to drive the data analytics strategy and governance, ensuring efficient operation of data analytics initiatives across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    1. Execute the data analytics roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
    2. Monitor data analytics projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
    3. Provide guidance on resource allocation and capacity planning.
    4. Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
  2. Analytics Governance:
    1. Organize and facilitate data analytics operational and strategic committees.
    2. Promote alignment of data analytics initiatives with business objectives.
    3. Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  3. Operating Model:
    1. Formalize and monitor implementation of the data analytics operating model.
    2. Optimize data analytics workflows and methodologies.
    3. Maintain documentation related to data analytics organization and processes.


STILL INTERESTED?

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, project management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK2) is a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
