Job description:

- Developing the change management strategy for projects related to the adoption of the Group’s digital solutions (L’OréalGPT, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Klaxoon…)

- Defining personas and mapping user experiences.

- Creating and updating educational and promotional content for our employees in French and English (infographics, video tutorials, user guides, emails…).

- Coordinating the deployment of projects with our People Experience representatives worldwide.

- Managing a reference website to provide available content and training.

- Evaluating the effectiveness and user satisfaction for each project through KPIs: usage rate, number of users, satisfaction (NPS), …

- Direct impact on Employee Experience: You’ll be actively shaping how L’Oréal employees worldwide interact with technology, directly impacting their productivity and satisfaction.

Your profile:

• You are a student
• With a master’s degree in Engineering or Business School / University.
• Looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
• Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
• Fluent in English or French.
