In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.

Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 10 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. Context

Joining the Commercial Animation team and reporting to the Lead Commercial Animation, you will play a key role in supporting ManoMano’s growth in the German market. You will assist in building and executing our promotional strategy, ensuring our commercial operations are impactful and locally relevant.

By coordinating with various internal teams (Commerce, Marketing, Product), you will gain a 360-degree view of how a leading European marketplace operates and scales its business.

Missions

As an Intern, your main focus will be to support the execution of our commercial calendar:

Campaign Support: Assist in building tailored commercial operations by collaborating cross-team to identify the best products and deals for our German customers.

Marketing Coordination: Help coordinate with Studio, Brand, CRM, and Media teams to ensure all promotional assets and activations are delivered on time.

Local Adaptation: Support the adaptation of global commercial operations to the German market’s specificities and trends.

Performance Monitoring: Help track the impact of commercial operations by consolidating data and preparing reports on key business metrics.

Cross-functional Projects: Provide operational support on specific promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Sales) and ad-hoc projects related to strategic topics.

Profile

Education: Currently studying for a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable with numbers and data, good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a must.

Solution-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and solve operational challenges.

Communication: Good presentation skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Languages: Native or Bilingual in German, fluent in English, and preferably French
