Le poste

Descriptif du poste

  1. Manage the projects of our adventurers (clients) via our back office
  2. Advise and guide our adventurers in their next adventures (canyoning, kitesurfing, rafting, surfing, diving, mountaineering…)
  3. Help our clients after their reservation (backpack preparation, meeting point, weather conditions, …)
  4. Be the first point of contact for our adventurers via (telephone, email, and online chat) before, during, and after the experience
  5. Create and fill in our adventurers’ profiles in a centralized system
  6. Build quality relationships with our adventurers and partners: you will be the “voice” of Manawa

Profil recherché

  • You are interested in sports and outdoor activities
  • You speak Spanish C2 and French C1
  • You are curious and enjoy teamwork in an international environment
  • You are not afraid to interact with adventurers and partners from all over the world
  • You have a first experience in customer service

Bonus points:

  • You have experience in the tourism sector
  • You speak another language
