As our new National Account Manager, you will ensure the local deployment, adoption, and growth of global enterprise accounts within the DACH region. You will join the Global Account Management team, acting as a key local partner to activate use cases, support first projects, and resolve operational issues.

Your mission is to provide country-specific insights that help scale our largest multinational accounts internationally.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Execute local account plans based on guidance from the Global Account Manager (GAM) and regional leadership.
  • Identify and engage key local stakeholders, including HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers, to drive account adoption.
  • Support pilot programs and initial projects to ensure successful integration and smooth rollout of global accounts.
  • Run structured local prospection to detect new expansion opportunities and map new departments or teams within your country.
  • Conduct local qualification and assess specific pains or needs while maintaining high-quality CRM and MEDDIC data.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews with the support of the GAM to demonstrate local value and ROI.
  • Coordinate with local MSP and vendor contacts to resolve delivery issues and monitor performance.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Proven track record in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales, ideally managing major accounts.
  • Ability to transform a framework agreement into a detailed, long-term strategic plan aligned with client business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of contract profitability and the ability to articulate ROI and value delivered at every stage.
  • A proactive mindset for "farming" within accounts, you enjoy hunting for new opportunities within an existing account.
  • Exceptional skills in delivering strategic, ROI-focused presentations to C-level executives.
  • Strong discipline in MEDDIC fundamentals and data-driven CRM management.
  • Ability to structure deployments into clear projects with precise milestones and deadlines.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your home country (at least once a month if not co-located with your clients).

  • Business case in order to assess your technical skills in account development and local prospection.
  • Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision and how you fit into our strategic growth.
