As a Business Development Representative, you get the opportunity to directly contribute to Malt’s growth, combining the best of the scale-up and the tech world. You will start in an international team whose mission is to find innovative ways to develop new and existing accounts with a focus on multi-channel prospecting. Reporting to our Team Lead BDR France you will work in close collaboration with experienced BDR in France, inside the BDR Team.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Schedule discovery calls with key decision makers of our target companies (IN and OUTbound) by managing prospection cycles, from building 360 campaign design to execution. 
  • Deliver discovery meetings to assess the potential of the leads you generated
  • Design and implement email and phoning campaigns and cadences, focus on outbound acquisition & wide reactivation campaigns
  • Experiment with new content, channels and tools to continually improve our sales approach
  • Work closely with Account Managers on new campaign ideas to acquire new accounts and grow existing business
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the global BDR team to exchange strategies with other regions and territories
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Previous prospection & sales experience, ideally in SaaS platform/marketplace environment (BDR/SDR, full stack Biz Dev)
  • Strong prospection qualities: hard-working, persistent, hunter, bold
  • Excellent listening skills and capacity to create trust-based relationships
  • Curiosity and ability to understand the short, medium, and long term needs of top B2B clients
  • Knowledge of the tech industry (languages and frameworks) is a real plus
  • French speaker with a professional level of English and at ease in an international environment
  • Ready to succeed in a dynamic, challenging, and caring work environment
