The Role

As a member of the Copilot Team, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of restaurants based in the US and EMEA. Your mission? To skyrocket their online visibility (Local SEO and Social Media) using the MalouApp.

You’ll be at the heart of the “FoodTech” revolution, helping international restaurateurs turn digital engagement into real-world tables booked.

Your Missions

Social Media Management

  • Content Creation: Draft engaging, trendy, and platform-specific posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Trend Scouting: Daily monitoring of social media best practices and viral food trends in London, NYC, LA, and beyond.

SEO & Reputation Management

  • Google Business Profile: Write and optimize GBP posts to dominate local search results.

  • Review Management: Craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to positive reviews, ensuring the restaurant’s voice shines through.

  • Presence Management : Update business information across various connected digital platforms.

Strategic Projects

  • Collaborate with the Team Lead on secondary projects to scale our Anglo-Saxon market presence.

Profil recherché

  • Education: You are a student at a top-tier Communication, Marketing, or Business School.

  • Bilingual Mastery: You have an impeccable level of English (Native or Bilingual). You understand the nuances between US and UK English and can write witty, punchy copy for both.

  • Digital Savvy: You have a solid grasp of SEO principles and social media algorithms.

  • Foodie at Heart: You are obsessed with the food industry. You follow international food influencers, know what a “Sunday Roast” or a “Brunch spot” needs to look like on IG, and ideally, you’re a wizard in the kitchen! 😋

  • Analytical & Organized: You are meticulous with details and can synthesize data to show clients their growth.

  • Startup Mindset: You are eager to join a fast-paced, young, and ambitious team. 🚀


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. First call with Aurélia, your future Manager.

  2. Home Assignment: A practical case study to showcase your English copywriting and strategy skills.

  3. First Interview: Meet with Aurélia, our Copilot Team Lead, and a team member.

  4. Second Interview: Meet with Mathieu, our Head of Customers and Claire, our Head of People.

  5. Reference Check.
