Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager UK will launch the united kingdom marketing strategy and coordinate projects to support the business actions (outside French market) working with sales and marketing team (Country Launcher, Content Manager, Growth Manager, Partnerships, Sales Team,…) thanks to determination, creativity, and agility.
Key Responsabilities:
Creation, improvement and regular updates of International marketing contents & supports.
Develop Klara awarness around United Kingdom.
Create and manage lead generation strategy.
Adapt content and social media strategy for United Kingdom.
Create and launch marketing campaigns (CRM, Paid Marketing…).
Manage Klara UK PR and Event strategy
Analyze and monitor marketing KPI
Identify / stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in each country.
Key requirements :
Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Languages: English Native is required, fluent french is a plus.
Test and learn mentality with a determined approach to achieving goals.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative presentations and content.
Knowledge of marketing tools : Hubspot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CMS….
A first succeed experience as marketing manager
1. 30-minute exploratory phone call
2. In-depth meeting on your profile and the offer with the CMO
3. Meeting with 1 to 2 members of the team to confirm the fit and make a practical case.
4. Physical meeting with the founders (Nazim and Romain)
