We are now looking for our new Senior Legal Counsel - Product & Regulatory.
Reporting directly to our CFO, you will join the Legal team.What you will do:

  • Management, negotiation and drafting of contracts for all aspects of Lydia’s activity: strategic partnerships agreements, supplier’s agreements ;
  • Ensure that all our products are properly framed from a legal point of view, especially regarding our regulatory obligations (banking & financial law);
  • Provide legal guidance and develop solutions to product development and expansion ;
  • Work closely with all the other stakeholders (product teams, marketing teams, customer care, compliance) in order to become a business partner ;
  • Build processes with other teams (creating templates, providing guidelines, reports etc.) in order to facilitate legal compliance within Lydia ;
  • Manage the relationship with law firms to deliver the best possible advice to the different stakeholders internally.
  • You are in the right place if:

  • You have a 3-5Y experience within a financial and regulated environment
  • You have a strong knowledge banking and financial Law ;
  • You adopt a pragmatic approach and act as a true business partner ;
  • You are resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
