Democratising the Mobile industry

We are changing the mobile industry with our vision: A world where any great content creator can make the #1 app in their field, regardless of their resources. This requires powerful tools, passion, skills, and ambition.

We are a team of people — called Kovalees — from 13+ countries and backgrounds. We're creative souls with strong critical-thinking skills who keep the team at the forefront of our motivation. We're ambitious as a team and are bringing our experience in the top app companies worldwide to reshape this industry. Our engineering team is building software that will change how mobile apps operate.

You will be joining our creative team, which owns the creation of high-quality ads for our portfolio of mobile applications.

What you will do

  • Create performing ads in mobile format
  • Benchmark ads from competitors
  • Use your creativity to bring new ad ideas to the team
  • Collect and track information around each creative produced
  • Analyse creative performances on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords, Snap...)

    • Requirements

  • Currently studying any Design related major.
  • Comfortable with Adobe After Effects.
  • Bonus points if you know how to use Adobe Illustrator and/or Figma. Photoshop is cool as well.
  • You are creative. You can’t help but bounce ideas off of each other to create even more fun, even more impactful, even better-performing creatives.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • You are an avid learner. If you encounter a problem or something you don't know, you either find a workaround or use the infinite potential of the internet to find the solution.
