*Team* 

LumApps is looking for a Sales Development Representative and Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tokyo.

*Missions*

- Follow-up by phone or email on marketer-generated leads to get MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) 

- Content creation and cadence campaign execution for lead nurturing 

- Organize Online call and telephone interviews with potential customers to clarify BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs,Timeframe) 

- Handover of SQL to the sales team 

- Management and support of various events and seminars in cooperation with marketing team 

*Skills*

- Min 3 year of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS environment 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced or start-up environment 

- Experience organizing and participating in marketing events would be a plus

- Experience using CRM software would be a plus 

- Business English, Native or Bilingual in Japanese
