About Us:
LumApps is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team to help lead our global go-to-market strategy for our Employee Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in Product Marketing roles and proven experience with B2B SaaS software and, preferably, with employee intranet, communication or collaboration software.
About the role:This role will be responsible for executing LumApps’ global go-to-market strategy as well ascreating messaging, content, sales tools, collateral, and targeted marketing programs to drive further awareness of and opportunities for our Employee Experience Platform, with a particular focus on target industries including Technology, Energy & Utilities, and Financial Services and critical functions including HR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Internal or Executive Communications.
What you will do:
- Bring specific domain expertise on how LumApps’ product capabilities can solve business and technical challenges in some or all of the target industries listed above
- Understand the LumApps product and architecture and its relative strengths, weaknesses, product gaps, and product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with a cross-functional Marketing team to agree on budgeting, campaign themes and messaging, content and collateral requirements, and production schedules
- Produce core content necessary for each campaign, including white papers, reports, website copy, infographics, sales presentations, etc.
- Provide enablement and direct support to the sales team.
- Continuously monitor how LumApps’ messaging and positioning is resonating with customers, analysts and other constituencies, and adjust accordingly
- Conduct Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with strategic LumApps customers
- Be a subject matter expert (SME) for conferences, events, webinars and other customer-facing activities. Author compelling new content.
- Play an active role in defining our product strategy and future direction. Educate our product management teams on industry trends and how LumApps can improve product-market fit.
What we are looking for...
- You have earned a four-year college or university degree. An MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- You have 6 or more years of progressive experience in partner marketing at an enterprise software company
- You have experience working with the types of partners LumApps is targeting, including resellers, influencers and ISVs.
- You are comfortable working directly with partner personnel and have produced meaningful results
- You are a fast learner, insatiably curious, and adept in both business and technical conversations with people at every level of the organization
- You are creative. You are a constant source of new ideas for how to message, how to market, and how to position LumApps for greater success with our partners.
- You are highly analytical. You continuously measure and analyze programmatic outcomes to maximize results and ROI.
- You can multitask effectively and are comfortable with rapid change
- You’re equally adept at thinking strategically and executing tactically
- Experience with Analyst relationships a plus
