Product & Delivery Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product & Delivery Operations Manager to streamline and scale the processes, cadences, and tools used by our Product, Product Experience, Engineering, and AI teams. As we enter a new phase of accelerated growth following the merger of Beekeeper and LumApps, your role will be critical in ensuring our teams can deliver with speed, quality, and predictability. You will drive the cadence, governance, and process maturity that turns complexity into clarity, making this the ideal role for an operator who thrives on creating robust foundations in high-growth, dynamic environments.

*Missions*

Run the product and delivery operating system

  • Design and facilitate shared rituals, templates, and cadences that let PM, PX, Engineers, and AI teams focus on building, not process.

  • Ensure integrated roadmaps remain up to date, establish delivery governance, and enable alignment across Product, Engineering, AI, and customer-facing teams.

  • Define trusted metrics, clean up tooling noise, and turn data into prioritization and decision-making conversations.

  • Administer the product and delivery tool stack: own data hygiene, track adoption and progress, and publish clear health dashboards. Co-work with Heads of functions and DevOps to ensure consistent practices.

Orchestrate strategic cross-functional initiatives

  • Own end-to-end project and delivery management for strategic initiatives: scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk mitigation.

  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks, improve speed, quality, and predictability of delivery.

  • Support post-merger integration of tools, processes, and delivery practices.

  • Partner with key stakeholders (Product, Product Experience, Engineering, AI, Product Marketing, IT, Finance/Procurement, Customer-Facing leaders) to align priorities and ensure smooth global ways of working.

Champion a customer-feedback flywheel

  • Streamline collection, triage, and routing of user feedback to ensure no signal is lost between Support, CS, and Product.

  • Feed insights back into planning and execution, closing the loop with customer-facing teams.

Drive continuous improvement

  • Facilitate retrospectives, track KPIs, and measure ROI of process changes.

  • Iterate on the Product & Delivery Ops maturity model as the company scales.

  • Surface data-backed recommendations that increase team velocity, quality, and predictability.

AI as enabler

  • Support the integration of AI initiatives both in the product roadmap and as internal enablers for employees (e.g., knowledge management, analytics, process automation, etc).

  • Ensure AI-related workstreams are embedded into the PDLC and tracked with clear KPIs.

*Skills*

  • 5+ years in Product Ops, Delivery Management, or Program Management in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Experience managing multi-squad initiatives involving product , product experience and engineering leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure operations in dynamic and complex contexts.

  • Skilled at translating data into priorities and decisions, configuring and administering product/delivery tools, and building operational playbooks.

  • Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Self-directed, structured, and adaptable—thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.

  • Fluent English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling Product & Delivery Ops from “shadow” to “strategic.”

  • Hands-on automation skills (low-/no-code workflows, AI) to reduce busywork.

  • Experience in post-merger integrations.

  • French/German proficiency (B2-level or higher) beneficial for internal & external interactions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is a plus—but real-world operational wins matter most.
