At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

As VP Engineering, you will be overseeing tech for all tribes.

What is your mission as a VP Engineering ?

Your role is to make all Tech lukooms flourished in their job and delivering at their full potentials, and to support the tech team growth from 30 to 60 people.

To do so, you will have to:

• Structure the tech organization and processes that enables global best performance
• Put the right tools & process to track tech velocity & quality
• Make tech lukooms learning and growing in their job, by providing and supporting career paths for tech lukooms (from IC to engineering managers).
• Empower engineering managers by supporting them to reach their full potential as managers
• Improve tech engineering hiring brand and awarness
• Participate to spread our engineering culture within & out the company

Who are you?

• 8+ years of experience minimum, ideally from a serie B to D startup
• As a former developer, you have a solid technical background. Even though you do not code anymore, you understand tech and developers in all their subtilities.
• You have experience in working in a team of 200+ people, ideally as VP Engineering or directly reporting to him/her
