Given our strong growth (40% per year on average) and our ambitions, we need tostrengthen our workforce, which currently stands at 750 people in France (Paris,Marseille, Nantes), Spain (Barcelona), Switzerland (Geneva, Basel) and nowGermany (Munich).
Your role
In order to continue our expansion in this market, we are looking for a BusinessDevelopment Manager with strong leadership potential to help build ourcommercial footprint – and in the medium term, lead and grow a local salesteam.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will actively contribute tothe go-to-market strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to ouraim of becoming a key player on the local market.To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with variousBusiness Units at Lucca (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

❏ You have a Bachelor / Master’s degree in sales or related field.❏ Proven track record of success in full cycle sales in the German market,preferably in a SaaS environment, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.❏ You have a strategic mindset and strong initiative—you’re not just lookingfor a sales job, but to grow into a leadership role.❏ Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we willhelp you ;)❏ You have very good communication skills both in writing and orally, tocommunicate internally and represent the company in the country.❏ You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly fromsetbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.❏ You like to work in an international team and in a good mood. Team spirit andintellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.❏ You are native German & fluent in English.
