Core mission
The primary mission of this role is to drive growth in self-serve & SMBs' committed revenue by focusing on:
Expanding adoption of Pro Plans, including converting monthly users to yearly subscriptions
Driving the conversion of Free users to Paid plans
Promoting our Enterprise plan to generate leads and opportunities for our Account Executives (features, services, etc.)
This includes both nurturing existing customers and acquiring new business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and customer success.
In this role, you will:
Design, implement & handle a targeted outbound strategy to optimize lead conversion and drive long-term customer commitment.
Manage outbound campaigns through calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails using our cadence tools. Understand prospects' pain points and needs, address product questions, and categorize prospects based on their potential fit for Livestorm.
Manage and qualify inbound leads received through Intercom to identify sales opportunities:
Handle incoming intercom conversations from potential & existing customers. Understand their pain points & needs, address product questions, and categorize prospects based on their potential fit for Livestorm.
Provide detailed and accurate product feedback for improvement.
Conversion cycle management
Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships and encourage commitment to annual pro plans
Engage with free users to strengthen relationships and encourage them to move to a paid plan
Host and present Livestorm's platform during monthly live demo webinars to prospective users
Deliver engaging, informative live demonstrations of the Livestorm platform to potential customers via a weekly webinar.
Showcase key features, answer live questions, and highlight the platform’s value in solving customer challenges, ensuring a professional and interactive experience that drives interest and adoption.
Collaborate closely with the Growth team to align marketing campaigns and messaging strategies
Work hand-in-hand with the Growth team to ensure that all marketing campaigns, content, and promotional messages are strategically aligned. Share insights, coordinate timelines, and maintain consistency in messaging across various channels to enhance brand cohesion and maximize campaign impact.
Requirements:
For this Customer Growth Expert role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
Over 2 years of experience in the SaaS/tech industry with a focus on sales.
Fluent, ideally native, in English (both written and spoken)
Fluent or native in French
Previous experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or another live chat/support software
Strong skills in active listening, negotiation, prospecting, and upselling.
Target driven
Proactive attitude to help build inbound / outbound strategy
Positive-minded and a team player
Excellent writer and communicator
Internet savvy with a strong interest in startups
