Job description
LittleBig Connection is actively looking for a Senior Agile Coach!
You will join the Product department of LittleBig Connection as a Senior Agile Coach based in Madrid or Valencia.
As a Confirmed Agile Coach, you will be responsible for supervising up to 8 squads working on our cutting-edge SaaS platform and marketplace. Your role will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance within the teams, ensuring that Agile principles are implemented effectively.
Communication, evangelization and harmonization will be key. The role is key for the functioning of our product organization, it will report directly to the Chief product officer and work in close collaboration with the head of engineering and product leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach up to 8 squads in Agile methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering value.
- Facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that goals are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, product designers, development, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide hands-on support to teams, filling the gap of Scrum Masters, and ensuring that Agile practices are understood and followed.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the Agile capabilities of the teams.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams' progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and innovation within the teams.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the projects, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
- Ensure organization and coordination of companywide hackathons, design sprints, recovery sprints
Our requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Agile coaching.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with SaaS and marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist) are preferred.
- English fluent is a must and French fluent would be beneficial
