    Job description

    Your LittleBig responsibilities

    LittleBIG Connection is actively looking for an IT Project Management Officer!Joining in this key role, you will oversee and pilot strategic, complex and transversal projects in the Littlebig organisation, building the future of LittleBig Connection. Through those projects with a high impact on the product and the information system, you will collaborate with a vast diversity of actors within LittleBig and, when applicable, with the Mantu Group. Celebrating its 10 years anniversary, LittleBig Connection’s growth led the company to a revenue of €300M, being present in more than 40 countries and to have developed a community of more than 400,000 experts. Fuelled by this growth and our ambitions we a looking for a driven IT PMO to pilot large transversal projects, in some case to handle the IT project management scope and to work on the improvement of our internal processes. To do so, we are looking for a motivated project management officer with at least two years of experience in a similar role, with great organisational and leadership skills, excellent capabilities in English (French is a +), a strong attention to details and technicalities, proven interpersonal skills and multi-tasking skills.As this is a newly created team, we are looking for individuals with a strong will to have an impact on the development and success of the organisation, as well as driven to bring excellence to their activities and to the company.

    Roles and responsibilities- Actively participate, with the department leaders, to the definition of the projects:

    o Ensure they are aligned with the company and business goals.o Plan the project management, including the definition of clear project goals, defining deadlines, developing the budget, identifying the risks,involve the relevant teams from the project definition and participate to the resource allocation. o Liaise with the Mantu Group and the brands to ensure that the projects are coherent with the global strategy and known transversally.

    - Pilot transversal projects: o Ensure that all the right stakeholder and project actors have the right level of visibility, communication, and collaboration. o Track the progress of the projects in your scope. o Ensure that the project will reach its objectives within budget and timelines.o Provide progress reports to the executives.o For specific projects, act as the project manager and coordinate with the project team ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently. o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.o Organize post-project evaluations to identify improvements areas.

    - Improve the Project Management standards within the company: o Develop a strong and clear understanding of LittleBig Connection and the IT organisation.o Draft new and improve existing IT project management office policies and processes.o Evaluate the interest of lean methodologies in the company. o Document knowledge and trainings for the teams.

    Our requirements

    • MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Management Officer in similar environments.• Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM principles and process• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. French verbaland written communication is an added value. • Strong leadership skills• Excellent organisation skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail• Proven interpersonal skills• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills• Creative and innovative thinking• Relevant training/certification as Project Management Officer.
