You will join Sonia, the Country Manager of LITA Italy, and a Junior Analyst, to participate in the business development of LITA in Italy.

Your generalist knowledge will enable you to make informed decisions about the various business sectors to be represented on the platform.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will be:

DEALFLOW:

• sourcing startups and SMEs in various sectors (renewable energy, decarbonization, social inclusion, sustainable property, agriculture, new technologies, etc.) and identifying the best investment opportunities;

• monitoring the sector and carrying out research into the impact verticals represented;

• organizing and participating in meetings with entrepreneurs;

• contributing to the business development of LITA in Italy; developing a network of investment partners and participating in key events in the Italian ecosystem.

ANALYSIS:

• analysis of identified projects (financial, strategic, commercial, marketing and impact);

• participation in and presentation of projects to deal flow and investment committees at the French head office;

• participation in negotiations and legal structuring of the investment.

FOLLOW-UP:

• coordination with the investor relations team throughout the fundraising process;

• monitoring of shareholdings in strategic committees.

💰 Italian contract. Entry salary of 40K € + Ticket Restaurants + standard CCNL insurance.

Your position will be based in Milan (in the Città Studi district). You will have the opportunity to work remotely a few days per month. You will be required to meet the Parisian team a few times a year to work with them and share your best practices.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate:

• Entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills.

• 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in Private Equity and/or Venture Capital.

• Knowledge and experience in the Italian impact ecosystem.

• Excellent data research, analysis, and summary writing skills (in Italian and English).

• You are familiar with the impact ecosystem in Italy and you will be able to quickly activate your address book.

• Commercial acumen and ability to communicate with and adapt to a variety of people.

• Team leadership.

• Project management abilities.

• Native or fluent in Italian and English.

• French fluency will be appreciated.
