Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

The VP Marketing is responsible for providing a strategic marketing vision in order to strengthen the company's position in the market and achieve the desired business objectives.
⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Own performance marketing and drive the team to generate quality leads at scale though a datastack and automation;
- Own product marketing and drive the team to make sure that our commercial team is equipped to pitch the whole offering in a way that resonates with the market and drives best-in-class conversion rates on both acquisition and upsell;
- Own brand marketing and work with the CEO and CPO to craft a positioning that will help Lengow stand-out and capture market share (Content, Events, Thought leadership, etc.)
- Own e-reputation by improve Lengow ratings across various platform (product reviews, google, HR, etc...)
- Hire, lead, coach and retain a team of A-players across all marketing disciplines, based in 3 countries and 4 offices
- Be one of the main voices for the customer at the senior management table - for instance by contributing to the product road map or the company-wide wildly important goals

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
- Ability to delegate and uphold high standards but also to do things themselves at pace when required
- Established track record of running performance marketing in a tech company with less than 500 employees
- Established track record at hiring, training and retaining A-players
- Experience with other marketing departments (Content, product marketing, event, etc.) and a clear view of how they can contribute to the marketing goals
- Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Amazing communicator, speak English fluently and well versed in how to mix rigorous data with compelling narratives to craft a compelling plan or story
- Can be based in France or Spain
