Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

In the Partnership team and under the direction of Marie des Garets, the Channel Partner Manager animate the network of partners to stimulate reactivity of prospects.

Network facilitator, the Channel Partner Manager offer a scalable and revenue-generating organization for the company.

The Channel Partner Manager will work directly with Lengow partners to generate indirect revenue.

Lengow is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to support our growing set of partners in Europe. The Channel Partner Manager (CPM) acts as a liaison between Lengow and its channel partners – building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners. Furthermore, the CPM plays a vital role in the revenue growth of Lengow’s channel partner organisations.

Your Missions:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally, adding value to the sales organization to increase impact
  • Driving improvement of business processes to drive growth and scale
  • Create, align and optimize processes to drive “ease of doing business”
  • Identify, plan and execute specific (strategic) Projects to optimize Channel processes
  • Drive strong communication between the multiple teams for optimal collaboration and understanding
  • Work cross-functional to drive change management and improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively across back-office teams to ensure frontline challenges are managed effectively and can be executed against with simplicity

3 - Interview with Sebastien our Chief Revenue officer

4- Referal Point and Proposal.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills – daily video calls, meetings, and following up with partners on a variety of topics.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills – many partners consider you their primary contact at Lengow. You balance regularly scheduled partner growth reviews with being available to assist partners on a day-to-day basis.
  • Analytical/data acuity – You run data driven sales reports for the region, customers, or partners.
  • Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats by collaborating with various departments.
  • Self-starter – you think outside the box to solve issues and address partner concerns.
  • Unfailing ability to understand situations from multiple points of view
  • Have native fluency in French, in addition to professional fluency in English.
