We are seeking our 1st Customer Success Manager / Onboarder to join the lempire team.

You'll be first focusing on lemlist and lemwarm customers.

Your mission is to ensure our customers with over 10 seats are successful in their onboarding and usage of the product.

When Support is reactive and helping on specific issues customers are meeting, you will be offering proactive support to ensure our Customers remain with us for as long as possible.

Missions

  • Onboard Customers with 10+ Seats and ensure they have a good adoption and are successful with the product.
  • Assist Customers with their account setup, email technical setup, and integrations.
  • Share best practices in terms of prospection to ensure they are successful in their outreach.
  • Train Sales teams in their usage of lemlist.
  • Meet with Customers on a frequent basis - ensure they are happy with the product and solve their issues when they have.
  • Work in collaboration with Sales (hand-over after the deal is closed) and with Support to identify customer's issues and solve them.
  • Train customers on the product, showcase new features, and create interest in higher plans or adding more users.
  • Collaborate with Ops to define the Customer Success Management process & CRM setup.
  • KPIs

  • Retention: Churn, Net Retention
  • Upsell detection - work with Sales when you detect an opportunity to Upsell
  • Annualization of customers currently paying monthly
  • Net Promoter Score / Customer Satisfaction of large customers

  • Requirements & Info

  • 2-5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Business Development
  • Passionate about Sales & Prospection. We are looking for someone who really likes talking about Sales & Prospection
  • Perfect French & English
  • Very good to build relationships with people
  • Curious + Ability to understand some technical topics such as Technical Setup of Emails, APIs, and workflows (Growth topics)
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positivity
  • The position is based in Paris - we would like, ideally someone who can come frequently to the Office (75010)
  • Experience using a prospection platform is a plus
