The mission

You'll lead a central initiative for lemlist’s growth: building a world class contact management system that connects extremely well with key integrations.

Sales teams prospect with an account-based strategy, meaning their main focus is at the account level, but goes deep in contacts, attempts to reach out, etc. This means, there’s a big and deep need in managing those objects, links between them, statuses and advanced workflows.

Then, they need to connect this data with advanced integrations (e.g. double sync., custom sync.). For example, Sales teams have all of their data and source of truth in their CRM. If they can’t connect their Sales engagement platform to their CRM, and have a deep flexibility to adapt to their workflows, they won’t be able to prospect.

This squad is a key part of how Sales teams can leverage and scale using lemlist to grow their revenue, which makes the scope very challenging but also very impactful for the business.

You'll lead a squad with 1 designer and 4 to 6 developers.

Beyond managing this squad, you'll need to think strategically about how we should move forward and scale based on what currently exists on this specific scope, but also regarding other features that link with external tools.

What you'll do

As Senior PM - Contact management, you will:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of a core business challenge

  • Own end-to-end product thinking: vision, roadmap, discovery, execution, and GTM

  • Work closely with developers, designers and other product managers

  • Build relationships with partners, evaluating integrations

  • Maintain speed and focus: Build → Learn → Iterate. Fast.

What we’re looking for

You have:

  • Hands-on, strategic, and laser-focused on outcomes

  • Experience in managing deep integrations

  • Worked in a fast-paced environment (e.g. scale up)

  • Worked in Sales tech or B2B SaaS

  • You’re based in Europe

  • You bring structure and clarity when you work with a squad

  • bonus:

    • you are fluent in French

    • you have a deep understanding of how HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive work

    • you have experience in a Sales Ops/growth role
