Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 6 millions units already sold in 200 countries.

To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for new talents to work on the Vault platform. The Ledger Vault is a SaaS solution addressing the need to safeguard very large and diversified amounts of cryptocurrencies while mitigating both IT and physical assault threats. It's an enterprise-grade solution based on "HSM" (Hardware Security Module) and hardware authenticators. It's a turnkey SaaS hardware/software suite enabling multi-cryptocurrency, multi-authorization, rate-limiting, and time-locking.

The mission

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.

  • Promote shift-left testing and early validation practices.

  • Champion test automation to minimize manual testing efforts.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to enhance testing strategies.

  • Develop test plans to achieve optimal functional and non-functional coverage.

  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative test strategies.

  • Define and track key quality metrics.

  • Create and maintain automated tests to enhance coverage and reliability.

  • Partner with the SDET team to work with E2E and API automation frameworks.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Quality Assurance and test design strategies.

  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Detox, Selenium).

  • Proven leadership in establishing quality processes throughout the SDLC.

  • Experience leading and mentoring a QA team (3+ members).

  • Solid software development skills.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • English language proficiency a must and French is a plus.

  • ISTQB certification and experience in blockchain product testing is a plus.
