The Global Customs and Logistics Manager will oversee all aspects of international customs compliance, trade regulations, and logistics operations across multiple regions. This role ensures efficient movement of goods while maintaining compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Your mission
Develop and implement global customs and logistics strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage relationships with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics partners worldwide
Oversee import/export documentation, licenses, and customs declarations
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Optimize shipping routes and logistics costs across global supply chains
Lead and develop a team of customs and logistics professionals (4 people)
Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs and implement improvements
Manage customs audits and coordinate responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities
Develop and maintain Supply Chain Operations for global customs and logistics operations
Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers
Keep updated on changes in international trade regulations and their impact on operations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in global customs and logistics management
Deep knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
Experience with customs compliance software and logistics management systems
Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping documentation
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
