Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Global Marketing Team and more specifically the Global Growth Team, you will have a key role to improve all Marketing Operations and Reporting. You will boost the team efficiency!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀
As a Growth Ops at Le Wagon, you will be in charge of :
- Manage marketing technical aspects (marketing automation, tracking, A/B testing…), insure data quality and generate campaign reports,
- Innovate and test new acquisition channels and activation tactics, in collaboration with the Growth team members,
- Proactively explore data to provide recommendations that improve the performance and measurement of future campaigns,
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management,
- Define or evaluate tools and processes to improve and optimize marketing performance and team productivity,
- Create and maintain reports on marketing activities highlighting effectiveness and business impact,
- Share analysis and findings to the global and local teams,
- Support local marketing teams in using marketing tools the most efficient way
Preferred experience
ABOUT YOU 💪
- You are an analytical thinker, comfortable working with large data sets conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business decisions,
- SQL skills are required in order to be autonomous in collecting and manipulating data,
- You have hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (A good knowledge of Hubspot will be a strong bonus),
- You are resourceful, autonomous, rigorous and proactive,
- You are a clear and confident communicator, adapting your speech to your audience
- You are entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and love working closely with other functions (Sales, Admissions, Data & Tech Teams)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are mandatory as you will work and collaborate with international teams,
- You have proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role in fast-paced, or digital environment
