Le Wagon is a global leader in immersive tech training. Founded in Paris in 2013, Le Wagon now has campuses in +40 cities across 25 countries, including global tech hubs such as Berlin, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and São Paulo. Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 25k+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs - who’ve created 200+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!

As an intern at Le Wagon Brussels, you will play a crucial role in deploying the local marketing strategy and engaging the community. You will be responsible for content production, social media management, event organization, and fostering a vibrant community.

You will be supported and guided by our Marketing Manager and will also work along with Le Wagon Brussels’ team, consisting of the City Manager and the Admission Manager.


Your Mission:

1. Participate in the deployment of the local marketing strategy with content production & Social Media.

  • Own the production of content supporting brand awareness, such as: videos, pitch decks, acquisition landing pages, white papers, newsletters, blog posts, testimonials, and more

  • Social Media Ownership: plan and develop compelling social media campaigns, monitor social media trends and implement them in your strategy, own content calendars, engage with our community, analyze and optimize running campaigns.

2. Organise and promote marketing events under the supervision of Brussels’ Marketing & Events Manager:

  • Help organise events, either on-site in Belgium, online or with partners (open days, workshops, talks, etc.)

  • Help create new partnerships to increase our visibility or reach to new audiences (schools, tech organisations, startups)

  • Source speakers for our Tech talks or conferences

3. Become the main point of contact for our students and community:

  • Organise students and alumni events (ice-breakers, batch lunches, afterworks, alumni drinks, …) and help maintain a lively community

  • Liven up our community by promoting our events, news, important information on our slack channels

  • Immortalise our events and key bootcamps’ moments to create social media content

  • Help to prepare marketing events (open days, workshops, talks) or students events, such as Demo Days & Career Weeks


Profil recherché

This is the role for you if you are:

  • An enrolled student with an internship agreement from your university

  • You are a dynamic person, who enjoys meeting and interacting with new people

  • Strong desire to learn

  • Fluent in English, excellent written and oral skills, as well as creativity.

  • A can-do attitude, be proactive and autonomous

  • Interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and/or education

  • You have at least one professional experience (communication, marketing, events, …)

  • You are available for a 6 months internship, starting in July 2024 for 4 days/week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) and during evening event every other week.
