Tailor menus to guests’ preferences, using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.
Manage ordering, budgets, and stock control with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards, as well as Bramble Ski’s service excellence guidelines.
Recognised culinary qualification (City & Guilds 7061/2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end professional kitchens, or luxury chalet experience.
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine love for the mountains.
Swiss or EU passport (or valid work permit).
Fluent English; other languages (French, German) are an asset.
