The position

Job description

Your Role

  • Design and prepare gourmet breakfasts, refined afternoon teas, elegant canapés, and multi-course dinners for groups of 6–14 guests in luxury chalet settings.

  • Tailor menus to guests’ preferences, using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.

  • Manage ordering, budgets, and stock control with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards, as well as Bramble Ski’s service excellence guidelines.


Preferred experience

  • Recognised culinary qualification (City & Guilds 7061/2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end professional kitchens, or luxury chalet experience.

  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine love for the mountains.

  • Swiss or EU passport (or valid work permit).

  • Fluent English; other languages (French, German) are an asset.
