Business & Product Performance Manager
Mission: Responsible for developing the analytics capability in Product department
Follows-up the product offer performance (sell-in & sell-out), monitors strategic KPIs & performs strategic analysis (ad-hoc) to support product offer transformation
Drives the implementation of reporting sets & shares across the company, from operational teams to COMEX, across categories (TXT, UDW, FTW & LG) & geographies (including locals)
Sell-in: coordinate product textile Sell-In analysis across men, women, kids and performance
- Sets up transverse sell-in analysis tools, that serve as a common base for all product teams to analyze sell-in and coordinates with Merchandisers and Finance to secure data accuracy. Gathers teams feedback to continuously improve the tools
- Coordinates realization of sell-in analysis on Product side, from macro analysis to detailed product performance and leads synthesis of key feedbacks and questions to address (including styles at 0 sales and at risk)
- Coordinates discussions with Merchandising teams and Product CODIR to address feedbacks & questions
Sell-out: lead the Product sellout analytical capability across the company
- Leads the continuous improvement of sell-out tools & secure they respond to the needs of all users across departments
- Coordinates product sell-out reporting across departments (Distribution, MBP, FTW, LG, UW, Accessories) to build synergies and cohesiveness, quantitative alignment and qualitative inputs
- Produces monthly reports for Product CODIR, Brand CODIR and COMEX and presents them
- Manages the data referential (locals, other categories) with the support of an intern to secure database accuracy and completeness
