Missions

Reporting to our General Manager Germany, you will be one of the first people on the ground and be responsible for brand & communications in Germany.

Your main missions will be:

  • Be the voice and heart behind our Love Brand in Germany
  • Engage new members and users through content creation on owned channel (Newsletter, Social Media etc.)
  • Collaborate tightly with our Growth team in the content creation used in paid channels (Paid Ads, Social Media, Influencer, etc.)
  • Copywriting content for our webshop, blog and other websites
  • Support brand awareness from the earliest days through managing our PR agency and preparing press briefs
  • Based on feedback from our customer love team, improve our brand messaging in Germany
  • Be the sparring partner on all things Brand & Communications to our General Manager Germany

The position entails both strategic/conceptual tasks, and very operational/hands-on tasks. We are actively looking for a profile who is excited about building something from scratch !

Profil recherché

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in B2C brand/communications, ideally in ecommerce, retail, D2C or FMCG
  • Independent working style without the need for strong guidance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a gettings things done attitude
  • Emphatic nature who listens and reacts to stakeholders and team members
  • Native in German and fluent in English. French is not required ;)
  • Located in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, media, or psychology
