Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:
Reporting to the Group ‘s Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will interact daily with experts from various departments within the Group (packaging, research and innovation, environment, supply chain, ethics, risks, human resources, etc.) and external stakeholders in order to :
• Contribute to writing the annual sustainability report in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) within L’Oréal’s Universal Registration Document .
• Collaborate with a large network of sustainability experts to ensure an accurate description of their work within the report , with attention to timely production of necessary information and conformity with reporting regulations .
• Gather the responses for non-financial rating agencies and other external entities that assess the Group’s sustainability performance .
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure the Group’s compliance with all applicable regulations regarding non-financial reporting, while incorporating best practices.
• Conduct studies, benchmarks, and monitoring on these issues.

The skills that you will need to make an impact:
• Hold a master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally with a specialization in for example Sustainability, Finance, Business or Economics, preferably with a strong interest and knowledge of environmental and societal issues
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in for example finance, (para)legal, sustainability or communications
• Versatile and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• Strong autonomy and ability to work independently
• Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to propose new ideas and solutions
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills in French
• Proficiency in French and English are essential
