Digital Products are co-led by a Core Team composed of a Product Owner, a Product Lead and a Data Product Owner. The Product Owner is in charge of collecting the needs in order to prioritize and develop new features serving digital transformation projects. Their scope of action relies on 4 main categories :
Digital Initiatives (aka Digital Transformation Projects):
Supports Initiative Owner to slice initiatives into products compatible Agile use cases (EPICs)
Validates and prioritizes needs for his / her product (manages backlog) considering all requested features coming from all initiatives
Is accountable for product relevance: acceptance criteria
Prepares and facilitates iterations and reviews
Monitors, with KPIs, that teamwork outputs are aligned with needs and priorities
Manages feedback loop coming from operational user
Co-designs user experience/user interface requirements with functional platform lead and PL

Co-defines change action plan on the product with Initiative Owner
Asks and leverages entities / métiers experts if needed
With functional platform lead, manages staffing of his/her product’s extended team
Knowledge of the beauty and/or pharma industry
A previous experience as a Product Owner would be appreciated
No technical/dev skills needed, however curiosity and appetite for the Tech industry
Strategic steering appetite
Knowledge and experience on Data Acquisition programs
Strong understanding of Data Management
Previous experience on Digital Products oriented on Data would be a great asset
Master’s degree, preferably in a scientific field of study
5 years of experience in a relevant field
