IT Europe Team is the Business partner, supporting the development of L’Oréal. With around 15 people, the IT Europe SAP Ecommerce and Retail team is supporting the acceleration of our Online and Offline activities, including CRM, Ecommerce, Retail, Marketplace.

Our goal is to ensure the quality and stability of the backend solution for all our Online and offline sales application, going through sales, replenishment, and payment flows.

With a strong team player mindset, we are supporting each-other to continuously learn and implement the best & most sustainable solutions.

What a day in the life of the IT Europe SAP Ecommerce & Retail team looks like:

As a Project Manager, you will have to:

  • Deliver project in expected cost and time
  • Follow L’Oréal governance and ensure all steps to secure projects are delivered
  • Animate different IT Team (Group, Zone & Local)
  • Ensure the delivery meets quality and cost expectations
  • Support our Business stakeholder as being one team
  • Communicate with efficiency to different populations
  • Be English speaker / writer, French is a plus
  • May have to travel up to 20% of time max

Your 3 main challenges will be:
  • Evolve in a complex organization and being able to animate different IT teams (SAP and coordinating with others IT teams)
  • Support fully our businesses by being objective driven
  • Autonomy on the job

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Distribution Project Management
  • Important understanding of all sales flows (including integration with finance and replenishment flows)
  • Fluency in English
  • Project Management skills certified
  • Proactivity
  • Decision making
  • Communication skills (with IT and Business)
  • SAP understandings
  • Budget management & knowledge of Service Now (VTB, Reports build. ..) is a plus
