Reporting to the CCO, the VP of Enablement Services will be responsible for managing a team of individuals within sales enablement, partner enablement and COE to ensure that Sales and Marketing, co-sell and resell partners, implementation partners, internal support & PS staff have all the tools, resources, and systems to onboard and achieve targets. The VP Enablement Services will also be responsible and accountable for developing quantitative and qualitative metrics to increase Kyriba Employees’ knowledge of the Kyriba solution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct a team of professionals with Kyriba, domain, and sales experience to enable sales and marketing, partner onboarding (both resell/co-sell and implementation), staff onboarding and build-out of a training program to enable all Kyriba resources.
Provide support for sales, marketing, customer service, and partners in the use of critical support tools such as ELMS, SFDC, Jira, Kyriba Social, and other tools as necessary.
Implement a global Knowledge Management capability & program to harvest and share knowledge and assets accessible globally by all teams.
Direct training resources and continue to develop the employee and partner on-boarding program emphasizing Kyriba methodology, business value, and treasury expertise for all client and partner-facing roles.
Support and develop a focused set of education initiatives for use across all domains.
Work with Sales & Marketing Directors and Technical Support to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics, budgets, resource requirements, and action plans, to grow and support sales revenue targets and future growth targets within a specified geographic region.
Work extensively with the professional and client services management team to onboard partners and internal staff to a high level of proficiency to execute their roles to the highest possible level.
Analyze business processes and collaborate with Sales Executives, Account Managers, Sales & Marketing Directors, Technical Support, Professional Services, Support and Operations to identify opportunities to streamline processes and measure results of activities.
Develop metrics and track and report on the performance and productivity of the enablement teams. Existing metrics and KPI’s already exist but improved measurement will be critical in the role.
Develop and communicate the Enablement Team’s strategy to Kyriba management team.
Build and maintain a collaborative environment by emphasizing teamwork.
Provide accountability for your team; coach; and develop your staff.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors for skills-based training programs
Complete performance reviews and create Professional Development Plans for each member of your team.
