👥 Operations & Product Team

The goal of the Operations and Product team is to deliver the most advanced Core Insurance Platform on the market. We focus on delivering the best customer experience to reduce churn while maximizing renewals, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities.

Operations & Product within the same team? That feels unusual? Yes it is! But we believe that our operations are the closest to our customers and allow us to shape our product according to their needs.

You will join a small team where we already have a Product Owner driving part of the backlog and delivery. This role complements and strengthens that setup, with a broader Senior PM ownership on product direction, roadmap, and impact.

💫 Your mission

As our Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful part of Korint’s Core Platform and help us scale how we build and ship.

Reporting to Mariska (Head of Operations & Product), your mission is to turn complex insurance workflows into a simple, reliable, high-leverage product platform. In the next months, your focus will be to:

• Structure our product roadmap and priorities (what matters most, why now, and how we measure success).

• Increase delivery predictability (clear scope, crisp specs, pragmatic trade-offs, and a cadence the company can trust).

• Launch the Claims squad (problem framing, scope definition, and setup for a dedicated execution track).

As we split Engineering into 2 squads, you could progressively take ownership of a squad (scope ownership, rituals, and day-to-day product leadership) while staying hands-on on discovery and product outcomes.

🏅 Your main responsibilities

• Own a product scope end-to-end (Core Platform): define goals, strategy, and roadmap. Write clear problem statements and success metrics.

• Run discovery with customers and internal teams: interviews, shadowing Ops, analysis of support tickets and deployment learnings.

• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering and Ops: shape solutions, prioritize, write specs, and keep delivery predictable.

• Design capabilities: define what a feature should look like to make sure we have the best UX/ UI for our customers.

• Launch the Claims track: define the problem space, the first milestones, and the rollout approach, then drive delivery with the squad.

• Ship, learn, iterate: instrument and monitor the right KPIs, run post-launch reviews, and continuously improve the product.

• Create clarity: communicate trade-offs and decisions, keep stakeholders aligned, and say “no” when needed.

Qualifications & experience

• Strong achievements matter more than a specific background.

• +5 years of experience in a product role

• Fluent in French and English.
