    Descriptif du poste

    In this role you’ll:

    1. Manage development or improvement of software solutions and support production processes
      Analyze business/user requirements for the development of new or improvement of existing software solutions
      Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services, and usage of end user products
      Provide input to QA teams to secure product quality and ensure the appropriate testing strategy is applied
      Support the end user in the production phase by investigating potential issues on existing software solutions in response to problem tracking records and change requests issued from product management

    2. Carry out functional design requirements
      Produce functional specifications necessary for the application
      Draft feasibility studies, solution overview documents, interface control documents, product specifications, and present functional walk-throughs to all relevant stakeholders
      Collaborate with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility

    3. Support validation processes
      Validate product to ensure compliance of delivered functionality and system integrity and perform functional sign-off
      Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents

    4. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
      Coordinate and lead cross-team projects, including reporting progress to stakeholders, dependency tracking, and risk management
      Act as an intermediary between Scrum development teams and product stakeholders (product owner, product manager, end customers)
      Communicate with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases

    Profil recherché

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a product definition role
    • Previous experience with Agile methodologies
    • Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
    • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
