The mission scope will encompass the design and delivery of some key components of the Ticketing platform including following activities:
Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products
Analyse business requirements submitted by Product Management
Size specification and validation work
Produce functional design; write feasibility studies, solution overview documents, product specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
Interfae with relevant divisions and departments to identify interaction with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and perform functional sign off
Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents
Interface and communicate with product management, project management , Amadeus customer services, implementation, development and quality assurance teams
Interface with customer during requirements clarification, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Prior Technical Business Analysis experience with strong analytical skills to evaluate business/user requirements and transfer into functional requirements.
Programming experience along with familiarity with SDLC and agile frameworks.
Familiarity with the JIRA issue tracking and project management tool.
Technical writing skills is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and time management skills.
Experience in a distributed software development team is a plus.
