✨ YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Product Designer ( Freelance or Full Time) , you will:

• Contribute to the design direction: Play a decisive role in shaping the overall design vision, ensuring that the user experience aligns with product goals and craft it with love.

• Own the design system: Ensure a scalable and consistent design system, refining and evolving it as the product grows

• Design across the full product lifecycle: From conception to delivery, you’ll create usercentric designs that prioritize both aesthetics and functionality. Iterate quickly based on user feedback, testing insights, and performance data. Ensure seamless design-to-development handoff through close collaboration with engineers

• Contribute to user research: Play an active role in research initiatives, helping gather and interpret user insights to inform design decisions

• Work closely with cross-functional teams: Partner with our engineers to ensure that designs are seamlessly integrated into the product and aligned with user needs. Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve the overall user experience

• Innovate and execute: Bring new ideas to life quickly, iterating based on feedback to improve the product and enhance the user experience

🧑‍🚀 OUR NEXT EXPLORER PROFILE

Main characteristics we’re looking for:

• At least 8 years of experience working as a Product Designer in a startup environment.

• Experience of working on and contributing to a Design System

• Can execute quickly and effectively, with a practical approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.

• Know and master Figma, Motion Design is a plus.

• Adaptability to new environments and challenges, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement

• Excellent communication skills, with empathy and diplomacy

Other highly valued characteristics:

• Experience in B2B2C or a mix of B2B and B2C environments

• Experience in Healthtech or AI Web and App
