1) Support marketing and communications strategy

• Assist on day-to-day marketing and communication operations

• Socials, website management, content creation, meeting with partners, etc.

• Assist with the quarterly strategy: goal, KPIs

• Assist on event organization especially for the EthCC starting in July 17, 2023, and other event Kiln sponsors or speaks at

• Support co-announcement with partners

2) Collaborate on the content strategy:

• SEO content writing for the Kiln website

• Conduct in-depth research on competitors or industry-specific topics in order to develop original content, that supports at every stage of the marketing funnel

• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability

• Social media community management for Twitter and Linkedin

3) Support Commercial and Product Development

• Support sales deck creation

• Work on existing and new materials to present new products (website, landing page and merchandising)

• Define the launch plan with the help of other teams (sales and product)

• Basic understanding of financial services and a strong interest in crypto, knowledge of the crypto space is a big plus

• Fluent in English and French (Being an English native speaker is a big plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Figma or any designer tool is a plus

• Basic knowledge in video editing AND/OR basic programming language (HTML/CSS) is a plus
