✨ Your Role

As an AI Project Manager, you will foster high-level relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs and drive the successful implementation and management of our data labeling platform. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and a customer-first mindset.

Example of past & current projects you would be managing:

• Generative AI - Preference dataset creation with highly qualified crowdsource workforce (Medical, Computer science)

• Defense - Delivery of training data for more than 20 computer vision models (object detection on drone images, polygon tracking on videos)
  

🔥 Your Missions

• Manage data annotation projects for AI labs, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality

• Partner with AI companies to deeply understand their needs and translate them into scalable, impactful solutions

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and operations, to comprehend project requirements, constraints, and priorities

• Define workflows for data labeling projects, coordinate with annotation teams, and implement process improvements

• Manage third-party service provider ecosystem and relationships

• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and service level indicators (SLIs) in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders

• Manage daily planning and production execution, including workflow definition and workforce coordination

• Analyze current production processes, KPIs, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities, prevent potential issues, and plan for future needs.

💎 Desired Profile

• A first significant experience in either a customer-facing role or technical staff in a tech environment 

• Strong customer relationship skills to build and maintain positive client interactions

• Academic background in computer science, data science, machine learning or related fields

• Strong interest in frontier data sciences and their applications in software engineering

• Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication skills in these languages

• A passion for technical tasks as well as business analysis, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
