How you’ll make an impact?

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you’ll collaborate with our Head of Sales to implement innovative go-to-market strategies. You will also drive operational excellence for our sales organization by partnering closely with leadership, strategy, marketing and sales to dig into problem areas. Finally, you will act as a key business partner to our Sales team and help us drive forward improvements.

Your key responsabilities at Kili will be:

  • Drive efficiencies for our processes, and become the business partner of the Sales Management and provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
  • Support in the global roll out of sales processes, monitor KPIs and ensure adoption to enable the scaling of our Sales team.
  • Provide insights into sales funnel movements and analysis to drive a more efficient and predictable sales cycle with the support of Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Be the point of contact for the Sales team in terms of process, performance reporting, compensation, and territory planning.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration, tight cross functional alignment and consistency of operations with all Kili teams.
  • Take an active role in territory management needs for our growing sales organization.
  • Enforce consistency and global adoption of key top of funnel processes through training and understanding of sales’ challenges.
  • Manage implementation of process changes and train global sales teams.

  • You can work with a high degree of autonomy, quickly identify systems-related bottlenecks, and leverage best practices and past experience to design scalable solutions. Top candidates will come from B2B backgrounds where they have seen rapid growth and scale.

  • You should have strong communication and project management skills, able to work with multiple key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the capability to work cross-functionally. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

Preferred experience

Preferred experience:

  • 3+ years work experience in a tech company in a highly analytical role or sales operations department in a fast-paced growth company or work experience in a top consulting firm
  • Highly analytical, solution oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to diverse audience
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Relentless attitude towards process improvement
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Fluency in English
